I purchased 4 pairs of shoes on Clubfactory app which I want to return as they are highly uncomfortable. While placing the order, i was assured that products can be returned if customer places request with 48hrs after deliver but clubfactory doesn’t give any facility to pick the products from the delivered address. The Clubfactory app showed me that I have to send the products to the company at my cost but there is not any address mentioned anywhere in the app where I should courier the products back. Clubfactory is making the customers fool. I have informed them thrice after the delivery of the product on 1st September 2017 but I have not received any call or any help about how to return the product. I fear if I will get my money back.
