I had ordered for a few items on 15th of november 2017, and the items are still not delivered. + The delivery dates keep changing. I’ve been trying to reach the customer service number for the last 4 days. 2 number recieved which dont work at all..
Then i revieved this number -08918847462 this number is owned by some ram kumaar and he agrees that he is an executive for clubfactory. I gave him all the details.. then he told me the oder is cancelled and refund woll initiate soon. What the hell does soon mean.. and its about the things i ordered. I need those items. Then i asked him what is the reason he mentioned “Club Factory Phaltu hai”
I asked him there should be a reason for everything. So atleast tell me the reason… He quotes “Madarcodh hai club factory.. kuch maat khareedeyega isse ” i told him thaat i need those items.. then he says “Nahi mil sakta” is this the way a customer care executive guy should talk to its customers. Non-sense. Please take some action against thjs. This behaviour is with me and can be with 100 others. email me for my order details [email protected]
