I had ordered Phone battery . The company charged amount Rupees 600 in advance. After one month of showing that your order is in transit ,they suddenly mentioned that it has been delivered. In reality i have not received any product.
There is no formal process to apply for a refund. There is no phone number for customer care.
There is no functional contact us page on the website as well
