I have placed an order for a new Dish TV connection yesterday and paid online through comparedth portal. Today i got a message intimating me that the technician would come to install in 4 hours. But subsequently i got a call from the technician ,Unitek solutions and he informed me that he cannot come for installation to the location and told me to cancel the order. then i had called our customer care for 11 times. I had my toughest time today. every time i had called i was put on hold between 11 to 18 mins and no one had given me any clear answer. finally i had requested them to cancel the order. that is also not done. I am really very much disappointed and request you to solve the issue.
