I received a fitness smart watch from Complacenciaa today, which was never ordered from my side. The order was delivered by Amazon shipment. There is no details for the return of this watch or any other source of contact with this company.
Request a return and complete refund for this shipment on priority
As the shipment was from Amazon, I paid 2999₹ for it and collected. But it seems it was an unauthorised purchase and not sure how is Amazon being linked to it.
The address for the service provider is fromDelhi and there is no contact Ava for the same.
