The product Neck Breeze Air Cooler is defect as the left side of the product doesn’t work and I haven’t been provided with its charger as it uses a different Charger from all of mine. I demand immediate replacement or refund of my Rs 2999. This is an unaccountable service and unacceptable service to the customer.
