On 24th May I recieved Neoro machine SKU1 Mini Massager from shiprocket website through Bluedart and paid cash amount of RS 3199/- .When I recieved it ,it was damaged and was unable to charge . I have reported my complaint earlier to their customer care but unfortunately have not responded back on the earliest on 24 May 2024 . Today is 29th May and I haven’t been updated on the return process so I would like to request u to please pay back the CASH AMOUNT OF RS 3199/- AND TAKE YOUR DEFECTED NEUROPATHY SKU1 MASSAGER BACK WHICH WAS SUPPLIED BY BLUEDART .I HOPE YOU UNDERSTAND MY PROBLEM AND HOPE THAT YOU WOULD TAKE APPROPRIATE ACTION IMMEDIATELY AND RETURN MY MONEY BACK AT THE EARLIEST .PLEASE.
