Dear Sir,
I have received the Neuro machine today but I am not happy with the quality of the product. The adhesive tape by which the product is placed on the calves is not proper. It has already loosened from the strap. Also the electrical impulse is very weak even though the product is fully charged. I am not happy with this product and would like to return it unless you are willing to replace the existing product with a new fully working product.
