I bought 2 neuromachines . but its gelly part is defective. same brought in to notice by email to [email protected]. They claim that they have dispatched the same. but i have not received. Their authorised courier partner says that order address is incorrect which is not possible as i have received the product first time on same address. i want my full money back.
