It (Step4career) is a fake company and their site also appears to be a fake site. They never gives you their proper postal address. Registered letter posted to their address in the website returns back undelivered. They misguides you to click haphazardly at time of on line payment and unknowingly you pay more than claimed. Under pressure if they agrees to refund they will ask you to go online and at that time too in of getting refund you will find that another sum of amount is debited from your account. Don’t be surprised if you get a call from a bank ( as the caller introduces himself and in my case it was ICICI bank) that they will refund the amount but for this you have to pay another amount. Quality of service NIL NIL NIL. They arranges fake interviews. I fell in their trap in Dec-2013 and till date did not receive any service nor received any refund. The name of their representatives are fake. Their phone numbers goes on changing frequently. It is very difficult to trace them.
They are not afraid of country laws. They are not bothered about the complaints on social medias. May be they are blessed by big shots. Friends be careful and stay away from such companies.
