Respected Sir/Madam,
I am stalin.B. I was taken a house for rent on 28-April-2018 for Rs 2000/month.And I gave advance of Rs 2000 on that day.The house is placed in kathiresan kovil 2nd street Kovilpatti-628501 Thoothukudi District. I don’t know the owner’s name yet He is an old man. In that house I felt many difficulties. One of the main difficulty is with the toilet in that house. I think the toilet tank has been filled already. With in one or two days we get into the house the toilet smell is heavy. Due to that smell Our family members experienced more headache and more diseases. Then I decided to leave the home on 03-June-2018.
I did only one mistake that I did not informed the owner earlier that I am vacate the house because he did not informed me that this house consists of too much of smell if you want to stay means you can come likewise he did not said firstly. While I vacate the house The house owner threaten me and collected extra rent ie, on 03-June-2018 he collected rent of Rs 2000. I bargained him that I can pay half month rent of Rs 1000. But he did not allowed me. Actually he told that you have to pay two month rent and you can vacate the house likewise. More over the owner use very bad words and speak harshly I think he did not treated me as a human being.
The most of area peoples are their relatives and all of them threaten me and collected the cash. I am helpless at that situation and I given Rs 2000 to him.
I request you to Please do not permit such houses which is more harmful to human being. my wish is some other peoples don’t get into this house by unknown.
Please take this complaint as your’s brother’s complaint and take necessary action against the house owner. I can spot out the house if you peoples are came. I don’t know the exact house number yet. Because within a month we experienced more difficulty in that house and house number not mentioned in that house. I did not pay any electricity or water bill yet so I don’t know the house number yet.
