Complaint regarding Toyota etios DL7CG7228

I purchased a Toyota etios VX (EF) Vehicle no DL7CG7228 in name of Bright Professionals Pvt Ltd on 11th may 2011 from Uttam Toyota 95, F.I.E, Patparganj Industrial Area Delhi . Approximately for 2 years vehicle run very well. The vehicle was serviced regularly since than from your authorized service centers.
The problem started when I noticed my vehicle is not starting on 18th may 2013 and I complained to help line . they check the vehicle and gave a report of flat battery and suggest me to show the vehicle to the authorized centre. I took the vehicle to Espirit Noida unit -2, D-11, Sector 8 for service and for battery check up. Vehicle was delivered to me on 22nd may 2013 after servicing and report also given for no problem with battery and all other things like current leakage, alternator current all ok.
After that till 21st june vehicle run ok . again I face starting problem on 21st june 2013 and again I called help line they gave me a report of flat battery and I called espirit noida service centre and service engineer mr sudhir kumar under whom my vehicle get serviced suggest me to change the battery as it is already 2 years old. I purchased on my own a battery of exide 24 months warranty and fix it on 21st june itself.
But problem again started even after replacing the old battery with new one and I took the vehicle on 24th june 2013 for same problem to Espirit noida . They checked and keep the vehicle overnight and gave a clean report that battery is not good rest of things ok. I complained to exide people they get it charged and put that battery again.
Again I found this problem on 28th july 2013 and I took the vehicle again to espirit noida and they keep the vehicle for 3 days and gave me a report that there is no problem with vehicle and they put a service battery on 31st july 2013 and handed over the vehicle to me.
On 10th august again same problem occurs , vehicle not started with same service battery put into the car by service centre. It was again delivered to be by keeping the vehicle for 4 days with a report there is no problem .
Today again on 14th sept 2013 vehicle has a starting problem its not starting .
Sir I feel may be Toyota is not having engineers up to the standard to rectify the problems or they just making fool of customers. I think there is some manufacturing defect in the car or no one is bothered to rectify the problem faced by me. I have now no choice except to move to consumer court for that. I want my vehicle to be replaced with new one. I am facing this trouble since 3 months.
I am enclosing the reports made by me and reports delivered from service center for your reference.
