Both products are not working i want to return back these products

my product no 55360 i am requesting you from past 20 days to return product and i have been mailing you from 20 days of delivery none of u r customer care as been respond this the worst service i have never seen.on product they provide customer care number but is not a valid number.kindly collect you product and refund my money
