I Booked Plot in Confident Adoni’s in September 2014. They had promised that the plot will be ready for registration in 3 months that is by Dec-2014 or Jan-2015. I have been following up with sales representative called Rajeev, whenever i call him he speaks sweet and gives some excuse and reasons. he keep promising that the plot will be ready for registration in next 3 months each time i call. I have paid confident group of Rs. 10 Lakh through check. I spoke to the salesman and officials in confident group they threaten me that go ahead and cancel the plot we will refund after deducting the cancellation charges. It is not my mistake, it is their delay and not completing project in promised time. I will not pay any cancellation charges.

As per the agreement provided by the Confident group, if the Plot is not ready in 15 months of said agreement. they would refund the Money with 8% interest.

I just want justice done. I want my money back with interest.

I want my money to be paid ASAP or else i will go to media.
