One of consultancy give me below offer for canada.
Please give me suggestion.

Newfoundland -2 yrs work permit

1 stage – profile – (With documents/ payment-1.5 lac)

Scanning docs, filling form, form submission & searching job in respective your filed

2 stage – it will be come after 3 to 4 months (I. E. Offer letter & lmia approval) – need to pay 1.5 lac

3 stage –conduct medical examination before putting visa file – need to pay 1.5 lac (Both procedure taking time of 3 to 4 months)

· ielts requirements of overall 5 bands but time of putting visa file we require result of ielts

· total processing time will be 8 to 9 months & we are giving you ielts coaching & exam fess free from our side.

· we will help on putting dependant file after 1 month & also for pr file after 1 yr of completion of work permit.

We, consultant and the firm hereby confirm that in the event work permit visa/s for canada are refused to the principal applicant and dependants who are included in the application for any reason other than the following three reasons, we agree to refund which amounts to rs. 4, 35, 000.00.

Refusal due to:

1. Failure in the medical test.

2. False information given in the documents submitted

3. Criminal record.

The three reasons as above are in no way the responsibility of consultant and the firm or any of the employees of this firm.

Such terms are simply facilitation and do not synchronize or reflect a payment for the quantum of work performed at any particular stage.
