Hi, I want to lodge a complain against online company named COUTLOOT .. I have ordered some products from them but didn’t like and returned them and asked for the refund .. they refund as app credits that I could use for another purchase but I asked refund in my bank account and inspire of many mails and msgs they didn’t refund my money .. neither they delivered the products that I had ordered use if those credits.. this way neither they are refunding in bank account nor they are sending me the products I brought out of the money refunded as credits.. the money amounts to near 1200 rs.. it’s not the money that matters it’s the cheating and their attitude I hav complain about..please help me out..thanks

Ye company froud krti hai na mera parcel return kiya na hi refund diya ,mera money or time dono waist kiya inn logo ne, please coutloot pr buy or sell krne se bache
