Crestech – Pathetic services by Mulyashop

Dear Concern,

I have ordered a JBL Flip bluetooth speaker on 8th May 2014 and made an online payment of Rs. 4356/-. Order Reference no. is NTFFZYEOL. Till today i have no idea of the status of the shipment after dialing N no. of calls to the call center & posting 2 queries on their portal. 13 days have been passed and no information is provided to me whether i’ll get the order or not, if will get then when. Getting different versions from different cust rep who dont bother to transfer the call to the seniors even if customer request for. Is this the kind of Customer Services they are boasting of.
Agony doesnt end here when i think of cancelling the order (as suggested by a Cust Rep) i am afraid when will i get money back.
Do they have any TAT for delivering the product or refunding the money after cancellation so that i can decide next course of action.

Kindly look into my humble request for the status of this transaction otherwise i’ll look for the legal action.
