Crizaze Models
I have working for Crizaze Models (is a Modelling agency situated in Chennai India)as a Modelling Councillor for 3 months ( June, July and August 2021) and my salary was ₹12000/- per month plus commission.
It was a work from home job. I worked for them for 3 months. I worked really hard doing counseling of so many new Models. Arranging portfolios taking care of studios and photographers. Payments from Models. While end to end process.
On 31 August Mr. Vimal Hari ( owner of Crizaze Models currently he is in UK )told me that he don’t need me any more and will clear all my dues. Asking for so many days he finally gave me the experience letter but not salary.
Than he told me that he will clear I dues after 45 days. I told him to mail me officially and I have that mail with me saying he will pay me after 45 days. But till not it’s more than 90 days he paid me only ₹ 2000.
And tell me that he is in loss. And he have to pay me by his pocket. And now I don’t think so there is any intention of him to pay me off.
