Hi Guys, I bought a new Sony LED a month back but till now i dont have the orginal invoice. The day i purchased they said it will be sent to my home through post. After 15 days when i never received it. I called up the customer care and they said the orginal can collected only from the dept. When i had been again they said it will be sent to my postal address. But so far no news . And the duplicate invoice looks so fake. Seems like Croma is evading from the Tax Dept not providing invoice to their customers.
This is the worst customer service ever i have seen. Its better to buy from the showroom or through other retail outlets as you wont find any any difference in price.
Atleast there will be respect and value for money and an ultimate satisfaction
