They have invited us to Holiday inn hotel (They said i won the lucky draw ) and provided one complimentary voucher for Dhow cruise & one day hotel stay in Dubai as a part of their promotional strategy . They have introduced their special promotional international packages and Life time Travel membership card . When i tried to book the Dhow cruise , they are not even properly responding . It seems their intention is only to introduce their offers , they do not want to give any complimentary voucher for free. I doubt whether it is known to the company management or some employees are misusing their role .
