I have taken Holiday package from Crown line international Tour company in Al Bahar Hotel Fujairah for Approx 7800 AED .
They called us by saying we are lucky clients who can avail a good pacakge and sold us a 5 year tour plan for 7800 instantly we paid the complete amount as it was sounding interesting , It comprises of UMRAH pacakge as they told us , that’s why we didn’t give any second thought and booked it .
In our pacakge they said we can avail any 5/4 star hotel in UAE and outside UAE too .
Now i want to go Abu Dhabi and asking them to book my hotel , they haven’t book any thing after following up of 10 days .
Till today i am calling them and asking them to book for me . They sometimes not picking up my call and sometimes they tell me fake things like we are doing it , it is in process . I asked them to show where you have done processing and all , they stopped responding . Specially Deepak and Sameer in Al bahar hotel Fujairah .
If i will not get my service then i need my hard earn money back , as it was for Umrah .
I will definately fight and file FIR .
Anyone who is also scammed by them please let me know . Let’s File a FIR for fraudulent .
I will check until 2 March 2023 . If i don’t get my services i am not going to leave them like that .

I’m very much stressed and disturbed they took a heavy amount and made me fooled .
This is UAE and Govt rules are strict . I am sure UAE govt and police will help me out .
Please help me it’s really frustrating .
