I am also lost the money,they called to me and told you have gift voucher and collect my office,we reached there and they not given gift they introduce many tour packages and offers,finally we bought 6000 aed package and give four gift vouchers, then we try to book burj khalifa visit , but they are not ready to book and told to use duw cruize .but we reject. now we identified that many customers cheated same like and complaint . what we can do this froud company and actions.please advise.
