I order from facebook on 26 August 2018 to daarce for combo sarees of blue and yellow bangalore silk sarees amount to Rs.1509/-,after discount .On 28 August 2018 I got a call fro cell no.7698901458 for verification of my name and address and order.Afterwatd I received sms that my order no .DC153536062805 has been dispatched.Thereafter on 1 september 2018 I got sms from AX.Ecom.Executive pin 941591231 that my order is out for delivery keep the cash ready.After getting my package on the same date on 1 September , when I opened the package I found out that the combo of sarees were totally different from what I ordered .The quality of sarees supplied was very cheap and of low quality ,also the colours of the sarees was very bright.As such immediately I tried to call on 7698901458 but the cell was not reachable ,so messaged on the number ,but no reply .I also tried to call on the number of Ax Ecom Executive but no response.So emailed my complaint on www.daarce.com but till today no response.I have also learned that they are habitual offenders.So pl.get my complaint registered and suggest for the refund of my money.
