On 18/10/2023, I have a sum of 2000 rs that I have deposited. Upon inquiring about the status of my deposit, I have been informed that no funds have been received. I have even provided evidence to support my claim, but I have not received any response. Then, on the 22nd, I mistakenly deposited 5000 rs instead of the intended amount of 4900 rs. I immediately realized the error and made another deposit using the same UTR. However, even after almost 48 hours, the correct amount has not been deposited. I kindly request that you investigate this matter, as their customer care support is inadequate and their automated responses offer no assistance. Furthermore, I am unable to make a voice call to them. My identification details are as follows: ID – hveerareddy, Date of Birth – 13/04/1987.
