I bought a flat in Cavalli Tower. They arranged the sale so quickly, pressuring me to sign documents and pay the deposit without giving it much thought. Now, the post-sale team ignores my requests when something goes wrong on their end. Because they were unable to put my money in the escrow account, I was penalized. 15 days ago, I sent documentation of my installment payment. Since then, I’ve been sending them daily emails and texts asking for a Statement of my Account as per my legal obligation. Damac never says anything other than, “Thank you for raising the request. Soon, a message with your Statement of Account will be sent to your registered email address.
