I am a tenant in damac crescent tower c apt 111. Since I live in the ground floor, all neighbours wastes are thrown to my balcony, flamed cigarettes, empty beer glass bottles (which was about to kill me while taking my cat from the same place another bottle has been thrown), bread crusts for birds ending in my balcony and collecting ants and insects, food leftovers…whenever we ask the management to take an action to fix this problem they reply that only in our garden gate facing my apartment there’re no cameras, cctv aren’t working since years ago (which is safety issue).
Switching to the main problem living in this community. Despite the presence of playground for children, they are always playing in the facing building entrance, shouting, throwing garbage, breaking trees, picking flowers and plants and throwing it again in the garden facing my apartment. My main problem is the noises of children, we asked them politely to play in the playground but they are spoiled children… I can’t rest in my house.. we spoke to security and building management hundreds times, and they did nothing. The situation is unbelievable, I can’t sit at home when am off or when I return back from work at the end of the day, shouting, screaming and several times caught some of them throwing stones to my balcony glass door, since I have a cat so they try to scare her by throwing stones, which may lead to a disaster in my apartment… Since this is my right to rest at my home and I have a valid contract for renting this apartment, I am asking to find a solution for my problem, I can’t afford renting somewhere else and not gonna move because of them.. my problem must be resolved otherwise I will raise a complaint to Dubai Municipality. I need to sleep calmly at home plzzzz find a solution.
