I requested a refund and cancellation as the property was not up to standard and construction was delayed. The sales manager refused to assist. He asked for me all her personal medical information which I have provided. He has since ignored me and canceled contract. They have. Not refunded me my money. My wife died in the process as I was waiting to fund her medical treatment.
