I am the co-owner of unit 409, in MUL2, Emirates Gardens. I have been chasing an NOC from Damac for a property transfer since FEBRUARY 2, 2023! First they stopped their [email protected] email address for issue resolution and forced everyone to use their chat which has got numerous bugs. And after months of chats, they ask the same questions all over again. Finally they forwarded it to a person who apparently is in charge of the NOC, and she unfortunately does not possess a reasonable knowledge of the process. After nearly a month I have started copying her Manager and even she does not seem to care. What level of customer service is this?
