i am kindly requesting from Dubai Land department respected authorities to help me legally and based on the law and rules rerelease my pending amount which is my legal rights and DAMAC keep illegally from almost 2 years on the one hand cancelled my unit and on the hand declined the transfer, and while the offered is also given by DAMAC, so it’s clearly fraud and injustice on investor
So basically advise DAMAC Management to transfer the pending amount 122,500
