SPA execution will take one month! which was discovered by the management without informing their clients, and nobody knows when the process will be restarted while stating that the property’s handover (when it is FULLY ready) may take place in Q3 2022. I can only say, “Shame on you, Damac.” I’ll make a different investment next time.
