Hello there, I live in damac ghalia, JVC and I have my neighbor infront of me playing very lound music each and every day and night, I triend conversing with him more than once to disclose to him that this is hard for me and he closes it for one day and that is it. I wish I can have an answer for this since I can not rest around evening time or rest after my work during the day.
