We went to rent a townhouse at akoya project at damac hills[right name would be damac hell]
from the 1st impression your talking to totally non-professional and non-presentable persons;
ignoring custumers;they are avoiding being engaged with any one;each sending you to another as busy while they are not;waiting outside the office[smoking;eating;joking;…]after hours;just signed checks.
Regarding front yard;left unprocessed just sandy;you have to manage it ???on your own;ok;but no water supply, no electrical extension;you have to do it on your own ;needs to contact damac contractor and it will take long time[we kept coming and going with no single on to tell you who will manage and when;how much it coasts;give us time to ask for you;2 days;further 2 days;no reply;you can not finish this by your own;only should be through your contractor[non-exsisting]all these discussions were not simple as such but through stupid conversations with unrespectable people with no available manager at all;but just stupid impolite at all;lastly we decided to rent an apartment instead;another bad story begins;sctratched walls;dirty washrooms;poorly working ac;no available connections for dish washer;i can not describe how bad is the behavour of liason office, maintenance, finance office
in brief;no single respectable/resposible one in your company[damac hell]
