We chose to purchase a townhouse in Damac Hills 2 because the sales representative Barakat was so kind and helpful.
In October 2022, we completed the 24 percent down payment. The Damac mortgage team was miserable. Keep as far away from them as you can. The title deed was not issued for 3 months until January 19, 2023, and Bouchra and her boss Abhishek Nair were the worst employees at Damac.
Even after the title deed was issued, no one from the mortgage team went to the bank to pick up the check.
Until the Statement of Account indicates that the entire amount has been received, the Handover Department will do nothing. Since four months ago, this process has been stalled. Worst experience ever. Would not recommend Damac to anyone
