I bought a property off plan. My wife was the bread winner , very soon after that asked for a refund due to the cost of my wife’s chemotherapy. I sent all medical proof and explained. They never gave me a refund or part of it till today. My was passed away recently because we could afford treatment , she was 39 years and left 2 small kids , Damac and the sales people just carry on living and don’t want to assist in my request, I cannot afford if as my wife is no more , I requested a refund but I am ignored .Does there management have no value and respect for life as human. If Damac refunded me my my wife would have 3 years of cost and will be alive .
It’s disappointing when deal with such a beautiful successful country and realise you nothing when u out of site . I paid 200000AED SO FAR.i offered that they take costs but the salesman stopped calling me .everytime I asked for assistance I was promised that they will get back to me but never did .
Now I receive a letter I am in arrears and they want to forfeit my deposit and all that I paid. I wrote to many government departments but don’t seem to be assisted.
