Fraud delivery of product – Datawind Ubisalte Aakash Tablet

Respected Sir,

I have ordered for Aakash Tabet one year before. Recently I got call from Datawind regarding the new Product. The telecaller mentioned the features of the product(Dual Core Processor, Voice Calling, Edge,…etc). So I confirmed the order, and they delivered the product as COD and I paid the cash Rs 4299/-. But when I opened the box I was very disappointed that they have cheated me by mentioning the features of Ubislate 7Cz and I got Ubislate 7Cx. Ubislate 7Cx does not have the specs what they told me over phone. So I immediatley tried to call back, but no one picked up the call so emailed them regarding the wrong product delivery. So they called back and they checked the call details and confirmed the product with a a Dual Core processor &cz only but they are not ready to replace it. So after repeated emails they called from a number (0183-2708500 on 8th October 2013 10.45AM) and promised the replacement of Ubislate 7Cx with Ubislate 7Cz, but I have to pay an additional amount of Rs 2000/- for the upgrade and I have to send back the product which I have to their Amritsir address and I have to share the AWD number of the courier and once the product reached there they will send back new product to me as COD for the additional amount of Rs 2000/-. I agreed that and I was waiting for their email send back the product. But they did not respond back. So I called their customer support numbers(01832708500, 01832581330).
