Dear sir/ madam,
This is bring to your kind notice that we have a eureka forbes machine, model no-, ag total reviva, sno-1223606436016216 & mfg-6/2013. We are facing the issue of water is not coming in the machine last five days.
We have already lounge complaint on 10th, may -2017, but nobody has visited to us.
Now we have spoken with mr. Anish (Eureka forbes engineer), his mobile no is -9910320060 he has earlier visited to our place & putted new filter & also took the amc cheque from us in january -2017, but he hasn’t deposited the same to eureka forbes, we are going to attached the scanned image of the cheque which we have handed over to eureka forbes engineer with this email. To eureka forbes that dbs has issued in january -2017 to take the eureka forbes amc.
Now there is no any visit from any of the engineer till yet to resolve this machine issue.
Take some action to resolve this issue asap & also take the strong action against such employees those are not working properly.
