I had recharged my Mobile through Deal Me Good on April 4, 2022. The recharge was done for Rs.479/- but they had applied a Discount Voucher of Rs.14/- and the net amount of Rs.465/- was debited to my Credit Card Account but no recharge was done.
Now, when I ask for the refund of my amount, they said on 5/4/2022 that Refund had been initiated and the money will be credited to my Credit Card Account but when I ask them for a email to that effect, they are not sending a single reply to my email.
I think their modus operandi is to lure the Customers by giving Discount Vouchers on Mobile, DTH Recharges and Shopping Vouchers on major brands and then when the payments are effected by the gullible customers the amount will naturally not accepted by the ‘Service Provider Companies’ as the amount is not full.
DEAL ME GOOD IS A FRAUD PAYMENT GATEWAY PLATFORM COMPANY LOOTING PUBLIC MONEY. ALL THE PEOPLE WHO ARE DUPED BY THIS PAYMENT GATEWAY PLATFORM MUST COME TOGETHER AND FILE A JOINT COMPLAINT WITH THE ‘CYBER FRAUD CELL’.AND THE C.I.D.
