Deal Me Good – Payment successful and money deducted from my bank, but recharge not successful

Tried paying my bill since today was the due date (26/10/2021) for my data pack , payed through deal me good , data pack of rs.555, my money got deducted from the bank, that is , my payment was successful, but it still said recharge not successful, filed a complaint to jio, but they didn’t take any action, so I had come here, please do something about this as soon as possible and credit my respective money back. I have attached the file proof with this complaint. Please take this into consideration

    I had made apayment Rs 146 through net banking on 8th October Trans no0227361016actually this was for recharge of Airtel digital.TV ID 3041126229.My banker has located that money has gone to Deal me good merchant on 11oct transaction kindly make payment to my account. Thanks
