I placed my order on Dealnaton.in on 23/12/2019 for GEAR X 4G SMAT WATCH WITH HD CAMARA and I had paid Rs. 399 for this watch THROUGH ONLINE PAYMENT. My order No. #4710. Till date (06-01-2020) I have not received any information regarding the placed order. I had send a mail to payment gatway RAZORPAY SUPPORT email ID <[email protected]. on December 24, 2019, I have received Ticket ID – 1615826 (Customer) and confirmation payment Rs. 399/- (pay_DvcjTc3kYqAuL4) reference. RAZOR PAY SUPPORT reply received on December 31, 2019. I want to REFUND MONEY AS EARLY AS POSSIBLE.
