I have online purchased a digital wrist watch of rupees 399/- through Deal Nation (dealnation.in). I paid 399/- through net banking on 28 December 2019 and my order number was #8244. However, till date, I have not received my wristwatch. The watch advertisement was on my facebook application and through that, I opened the Deal Nation website and then I purchased the watch. After seeing so many same/similar complaints, it seems this is a fraud company. Please look into this matter and help me to get my money back from this company. Please help me.
