My name is Bhoopathi Ramesh. I have placed an order for redmi 3s prime (3gb/32gb) mobile on date:29/02/2017.My order ID is IQDEWMQBDGD. But the company failed to deliver the mobile hand set and cancelled my order. They sent me a mail on 05/02/2017 about cancellation of my order and mentioned that they will refund my amount with in seven business days. I sent my bank account details to them through a mail. But there is no response and no refund of my amount. So, i request you to initiate a proper action againt them for failure of their service.
I had ordered redmi note 4g on 13th February and my order was cancelled due to shipment address not available in your list i spoke on phone to customers care service they said that they will refund my money on my bank account but still i have not received any money i think like this is fraud company after taking the money they are cancelling the order and then no refunds from them
