I SOURAV HALDER ordered for COMBO OF 2 SAMSUNG 25000MAH powerbank on 14/05/2017 for 1099 rupees. Order id was-265516. But On 18/05/2017 they delivered SHIRT COMBO instead of powerbanks.
tracking id 1315316037832. At 17/05/2017 morning I received a sms where the tracking id mentioned with the product name combo of 25000mah 2 powerbank but when delivered the parcel on 18/05/2017 tracking id was same but product name printed on the parcel is combo of shirts. No where the order id mentioned on the envelope. On their website www.dealzandoffers.com at home screen,screen flashes with 24*7 customercare service available instead there is no number provided to their website not even on contact page. Flash screen is not active for clicking on 24*7 customer support available flash page. This company is fraud. No office address is mentioned on their website. Kindly take necessery action against them. I have all the valid details of my complaint I am writing off. I want my my product returned and deliver the proper order.
