On April 4th , 2017 I received a call from a company named Dealzhub which is an online shopping portal. The representative named Tushar Sharma had a word with me an convinced me about the “Government approved Lucky Draw Contest” that they were undertaking in Ahmedabad. He asked me to pay INR 1899/- and register myself for the contest.
I have received the product Special Combo Kitchen & Dining after 8-9 days, but company did not provide any login ID & Password as they have confirmed earlier. When I searched online regarding this company I found many recent complaints against this company. Hence I put a return request online as this product is also of very cheap quality and I am not satisfied with this product. Post this I have to call numerous times as no one is picking up my call. Finally when I called from another number one representative named Sunita picked up my call and told me that Mr Tushar Sharma is on holidays. I asked to update me on my return request but she refuse to talk and cut my call saying that she will inform concern person to talk to me.
I haven’t received any call thereafter. I am sure this is a fraud company and honestly feel that strict action should be taken against these people so that no one should be cheated again.
Meanwhile like Avanti Saswade I also raised complaint on the consumerhelpline.gov.in

This company is fraud. They are cheating people under the name of Promotion. I dont know how may people have been culprit of this company.

I humbly request you to take strict action against the company so that other people will not fall for such frauds.
