I ordered a branded power bank 25000 MAH LED LIGHT with 64 GB memory card.Today I got my product but unfortunately the power bank is not working.So I want to change my product. I leave a message in their complaint page and also email them personally but they don’t reply me. Now I want to change my product so please help me out from this problem. Thank you.
