My order was samsung power bank 25000mah and Sony headphones. Recieved items were iNext headphones and some chinese powerbank without any brand .
I have tried to send emails but no reply.
I have tried to call on their customer care number but it is unavailable.
Please help me out how to get my money refunded.
This is fraud i want to appeal in court.
