I purchase one headphone, one pen drive and one memory card in a single order(order no.320306856934884) from Dealzkart.Com with Rs. 998.00 on 08.08.2017
Unfortunately they did not deliver the product as committed by them. The product details and the photograph given in their website that is completely different from the product delivered to me. The headphone is not working and not like the one which one is given in the website and the other two product is duplicate. There is not return option in the website. No customer care phone number. Only one email address given in the website. I have sent one mail but no reply from them.
For that now I am lodging a complaints against them. If they are not able to deliver what they say, then why would they offer some product. Totaly fraud seller. So many complaints now against them. Please take some necessary action against them.

If you cannot do anything about my issue at-least try that no one will be affected by this website in near future. It is about our trust and money.
I hope Consumer-Court will take some action against the issue.
