I ordered MI power bank but the product which I received is totally defective. It is not working. Please replace it or give my money back ASAP.

    I have ordered a combo of MI Powerbank 20000 mah, charger, Data Cable, ear phone. All products are defective. Please replace it or give my money back otherwise I will take strict action against you.
