Sir I have received the product Samsung power bank and Bluetooth which I ordered for but the product is not working. So I request you to help me in getting either replacement or refund. My order id is 320306846394931. I also tried contacting to the number which I received to confirm my order, then I came to know that the number is not geniune. So I request you not to let the customers lose belief on your products.
