I have ordered a set of shorts (3 ) My order was as per attached photo. But I have received totally different item. The quality of shorts is also very poor. I have also complained on mail 3 times but nobody has responded yet. It’s a fake shopping portal. Don’t order anything through this portal. Now I want to go for legal.
Any idea how to complain in consumer court?
