I have tried to recharge my mobile online for BSNL and this site was linked and i have paid Rs. 1498 through credit card . I get the message that the recharge failed and one voucher generated. I herewith enclosed the voucher. I tried to recharge with that voucher and the message is ” recharge failed” I called customer care for refund. But the fellow is asking the credit card details with cvv number to refund the amount. I denied to give the cvv. This seems they are fraud and they want to draw further amounts from my credit cared. Please look in to the matter and taken proper action immediately. Otherwise they will cheat the public. If possible try to get my refund.
